The Hall is equipped with a modern fire alarm system connected to a monitoring centre.
The Hall also has appropriate fire extinguishers which are regularly maintained. Instructions on what to do in case of a fire are included in the Hall User Guide sent to all new Hall hirers, and are repeated here.
- If the Fire Alarm sounds, evacuate all members of your group to the Assembly Point at the rear of the car park.
- If you discover a fire which you cannot immediately extinguish, evacuate all members of your group to the Assembly Point and activate the Fire Alarm by pressing the red button by one of the exit doors.

In either case ring 999. Tell them the What3 words location is: ///taped.tent.reject This location information is displayed on the front entrance outside noticeboard.

Then ring Hall Manager Simon Peacock on 07733 360524 and wait for help to arrive.

Do not use a smoke machine or anything that will generate smoke in the building. It sets off the alarm.
There is a First Aid cabinet in the Kitchen.
