Invoicing & Payment

Once you have made your booking request on this website and it has been checked by the Hall Booking Manager, you will be sent an invoice by our KVCA Treasurer. Your booking will only be confirmed when you have paid the invoice. The KVCA reserves the right to release your requested session to another hirer if your payment has not been received, so it is in your interests to make this payment as soon as possible to secure your booking.

If your invoice includes a security deposit you will need to send your bank account details to the KVCA Treasurer for the repayment of the deposit after your event. The deposit will be refunded if you abide by the Terms & Conditions and leave the Hall ready for the next user, as set out in the User Guide sent to you.
