Hire charges are dependent on the day and time of the event, the type of activity, the areas of the hall to be used and whether or not the hirer is a charity. When a booking is requested, the Hallmaster booking system will indicate the appropriate charge.
The two tables below show the hourly charges for Parties and the Standard Rate for meetings etc. For other rates, please use the booking system.

There is an additional charge of £20 for using the Audio-Visual System.
Bookings are subject to a £50 security deposit, refundable as long as the hall is left clean, tidy, undamaged and ready for the next user.
The period booked for your session MUST include all the time you need to set up beforehand and clear up afterwards, so it must be from when you unlock to go in until you lock up again afterwards.
